Buying and selling a home is one of the greatest financial exchanges a person completes in their life - it is also one of the most emotional. Will my house sell for the price I need? Will I find a house that fits my daily needs and aesthetic in the neighborhood I want to be in?
I cannot recommend Kristen Jarrett with Triad's Finest more highly to guide you through that process. Kristen listened to my must haves and nice to haves and translated that into the perfect home for me in Greensboro. She is extremely smart, doing research to ensure I was not going to regret a short term decision long term (I wanted a private backyard and she found the busy road behind the house would eventually be expanded).
